User Agreement

1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") applies to the website reallaw.ae and its subdomains, owned by Case By Case SOFTWARE DESIGN CO. L.L.C, a company registered in the UAE and operating under license No. 1319985 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
1.2 The Company's website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is the property of Case By Case SOFTWARE DESIGN CO. L.L.C.
1.3 This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Site Administration of the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Site Administration") and the User of the Site.
1.4 The Site Administration reserves the right to modify, supplement, or remove any sections of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.
1.5 Continuing to use the Site means the User's consent to the Agreement and any changes made to it.
1.6 The User is personally responsible for regularly reviewing the current version of the Agreement.

2.TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

2.1 For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms are used:
"reallaw.ae" – the Company’s website located at reallaw.ae, providing access to legal information and services.Company’s Website – the online resource containing information about the Company, its services, legal news, and reference materials.Site Administration – authorized employees managing the Site on behalf of the Company.User – any individual accessing the Site via the Internet.Content – all intellectual property, including articles, legal texts, interfaces, logos, databases, and other information posted on the Site.

3.SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1 This Agreement grants the User access to the services and information provided on the Site.
3.1.1 The Company's Website offers the following services:
Access to legal resources and regulatory documents.Tools for searching and navigating legal information.The ability to send inquiries and receive consultations.Other services related to the legal activities of the Company.3.2 Access to the Site is provided free of charge
3.3 This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Site, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.
3.4 The use of materials and services on the Site is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable federal laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1 The Site Administration has the right to:
Make changes to the rules for using the Site and its content.Restrict access to the Site in case of violation of the Agreement by the User.
4.2 The User has the right to:
* Use available legal resources and search tools.Contact the Company for consultation.Use the Site in accordance with its purpose and applicable law.
4.3 The User agrees to:
* Provide accurate information when necessary.Refrain from actions that disrupt the normal functioning of the Site.Not transmit confidential or legally protected information without permission.Not use the Site for advertising purposes without the Company’s consent.
4.4 The User is prohibited from:
* Attempting unauthorized access to the Site's systems or data.Violating the security and integrity of the web resource.Using the Site for illegal activities.Impersonating others or organizations.

5.USE OF THE COMPANY'S SITE

5.1 The Site and its content are the intellectual property of the Company.
5.2 The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5.3 Downloading or copying materials from the Site is permitted only for personal, non-commercial use.
5.4 The Company reserves the right to update or modify information and services on the Site without notifying Users.

6.LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1 The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred by the User due to a breach of the Agreement or unauthorized access by third parties to the User's data.
6.2 The Site Administration is not responsible for:
Delays or failures caused by force majeure circumstances.Technical malfunctions affecting the availability of the Site.The accuracy of the information on third-party websites linked to the Site.

7.BREACH OF AGREEMENT

7.1 The Site Administration has the right to disclose information about the User if required by law or necessary for the investigation of violations.
7.2 The Site Administration may restrict or block the User's access to the Site in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement.

8.ADDITIONAL TERMS

8.1 The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time.
8.2 User reviews and comments posted on the Site are not confidential and may be used by the Site Administration.
8.3 If any provision of the Agreement becomes invalid, the remaining conditions shall remain in effect.
8.4 Continued use of the Site after changes are made to the Agreement indicates the User's acceptance of the new terms.
